SMMS CHOC CLASS
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN CHOCOLATE CLASS

Teaching to do the filling with ganache. Each Participant freely can choose 1 ganache. If 4 participants attend the class so can use 4 ganache.
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
- Orange
- Pineapple
- Asam Boi
Tempering the Converture Chocolate without air- conditioner.
Converture Chocolate filing with almond.
Converture Chocolate filing with ganache.
Converture Chocolate with Nutty Praline.
Choc Bar with rice bubbles and Kismis.
Technic to melt Compound Chocolate.
Compound Chocolate with ganache – Rose Mould with Marbling Technic.
Colouring Oreo Choc with Compound Chocolate.
Colouring Lolychoc with Compound Chocolate.
Edible Oreo with Compound Chocolate.
Making square / Love Chocolate box with Compound Chocolate – Free Hand Decoration.
Notes will be provided in Malay.

YOU WILL BRING HOME ABOVE 50 TYPES OF DELICIOUS CHOC
RULES & REGULATION OF SMMS

- Class start sharp at 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (till chocolate is ready). Make sure Participants reach on the time.
- No deposit. Payment will be collected before the class.
- Make sure Participants can attend the class on the said date if not your name will be listed as blacklist.
- Handle with care all the moulds and equipment. Any damage has to borne by Participants.
- Please bring your own tupperwares.
- Please bring your own apron.
- Please bring your own hand towel which can absorb the water.
- After Participants confirmation for the class then only we will send our address via email or sms.
- Please provide us Participants full name and IC No for us to print out the Certificate of Participant.
With RM250.00 you are not only learning but will bring home delicious chocolates to share with your loved ones. Lunch provided for free and Certificate will be given.
